With Mike working 12hr shifts Mon-Fri it was great that you devoted your weekends and evenings to showing us many homes. My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first house this past year.

Since we're young and inexperienced in buying we contacted any realtor we could. Tom McGroder was the only one that treated us as if we were going to be buying a $400K house instead of an inexpensive first house. When he first met with us he had a whole packet of information for us. No one else had been considerate enough to help educate us on the process of buying a home. He met with us later in the evenings and on the weekends. He promptly found information for us on any house we were interested in. The house he found us is perfect!! This summer, while looking for a summer home, we contacted Tom and Donna about a listing they had.

That home had just sold, but after asking us a few questions, they immediately found us a few other properties, including the one we purchased. Tom and Donna worked very hard in finding the perfect house for my partner and I. While it took close to 5 years Tom never left our side and sent numerous listings through out that time for us to check.
