Personal and group training programs are offered at Raw Fitness Saratoga. Whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years they can design a program just for you. Owner/Trainer Jennifer Ricupero has been helping people for over 14 years obtain their fitness goals. Jennifer is a AFAA Certified Fitness Professional.
Raw Fitness offers personal and group training that includes pilates, yoga, TRX, boxing and their signature Boxilates class which Jennifer designed and copyrighted.
On a personal note I have been working with Jennifer for a little over 2 months and have lost 15 pounds and several inches off my waist so far.
When I realized I needed to do something, I went to one of the big chain gyms and askedif they had a personal trainer. The young man at the counter told me yes and pointed their trainer out to me. I was a bit shocked by the condition this trainer was in. I think I was in better shape. After leaving the facility I spoke with a friend and she recommended Jennifer to me.
On our initial meeting Jennifer sat down with my wife and Iand reviewed our goals and any medical issues we might have. After listening to us Jennifer put together a personal plan and scheduled our first training session.
I was nervous and worried about how out of shape I actually was. Jennifer knew this and reassured me that I would succeed. Jennifer always offers a great smile and kind words of encouragement even when you are struggling to finish the workout. When I first started I couldn’t do more than 2 0r 3 sit ups and couldn’t run longer than a couple of minutes. Now I’m doing my setups with no stress and I’m running 3+ miles on the treadmill.
Each week I look forward to my workout with Jennifer and the hour goes by very quickly.
